Terms & Conditions	To enable buying facility we request you to take out some time to understand few key points on the terms, under which sale is affected. Some of the terms are in the nature of systems, as per the nature defined therein and form part of terms of sale. • Basic terms: o Once a diamond is confirmed by a customer for purchase, the same is not cancellable. o Goods will be invoiced only in the name in which goods are Okayed/Confirmed. o Goods will be shipped upon receipt of payment by our bank. o Goods once sold are not subject to return or exchange. • Grading disclaimer: o Venus Jewel sells every diamond with the Venus Grading Report (VGR) and there is no guarantee that the grading results of the diamond sold would necessarily match with those of any of the laboratory. o Venus Jewel does not guarantee that the grading results of the diamond sold given by it would necessarily match with those of any of the external laboratories o Venus Jewel sells every diamond only under the Venus Grading Report (VGR) and no certification of external laboratories is offered. • Incentive / Demurrage system: Under this system, customer is entitled to an incentive @ 12% per annum, calculated on daily basis for the goods exported (lifted) within 7 days of purchase of the goods. Likewise, if the goods are exported (lifted) after 7 days from the date of purchase, a demurrage will be charged @ 12% per annum, calculated on daily basis. These (+) / (-) charges will be automatically and clearly reflected in the invoice separately. The incentive and/or demurrage charges and their manner of working are subject to changes from time to time, without any prior notice. • Disclaimer: The PGS information provided does not factor in, the polish and symmetry grades.
